Marion County Treatment Center Dosing Information
Dosing Hours: Monday-Friday 5:00 AM to 8:00 AM
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
Late Doing Hours 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM, extra $10 fee
Saturday & Sunday 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM
Special Holiday Dosing Hours will be posted in the dosing area at least 1 week prior to the actual holiday, no late dosing on holidays or weekends.
1. Always check bulletin boards in dosing lobby for important information
2. Sign in with client number and initials to protect your confidentiality
3. Only 2 people are allowed in the dosing area at one time (one at each window)
• This means you must stay at the doorway of the dosing area until a staff member calls you forward
• Wait at me urine drop off window until the person ahead of you has dropped their cup and left
• Couples can NOT dose together at one window
4. No open containers allowed in dosing area (cups, cokes, etc)
5. You must remove sunglasses prior to dosing
6. Swallow dose and speak to nurse at window before leaving window. The nurse may ask you to open your mouth and raise your tongue as part of diversion control
7. If asked to give a toxicology screen, this must be done BEFORE you will be allowed to dose. After you give the toxicology screen, please go to the front of the line and wait at the doorway to the dosing area until staff calls.yoii forward to deposit the toxicology screen in the bucket and then dose.
8. If you do not give a toxicology screen, do not provide enough urine or are
caught adulterating the screen you will be asked to sign an Unable to Obtain
Specimen form. .
9. Please exit through the side door. .
TAKE HOME CLIENT INFORMATON:
1. You must provide the clinic with a CURRENT, VALID phone number where you can be reached during business hours for diversion control
2. You must take your take home doses on the day prescribed
3. You must return ALL empty bottles to the clinic for disposal
4. You must have a locking box to pick up your take homes
5. You may be called at any time to bring your take home doses in for diversion
control check. If you do not come in when called, your take homes will be
suspended.
