GROUP CHANGES
There have been several changes in the weekly group schedule.
Check with your counselor or look on the bulletin board for
a new schedule.
Some of the changes include:
Tuesday 9 am – Spirituality –
(open to all clients regardless of phase.)
Thursday 9 am - Women’s Group
(for women who have not been attending Women’s Group)
Friday 9 am - Self- Esteem, Family Dynamic & Relationships
(for clients in Phase III and IV)

NO LATE DOSING ON MONDAY, AUGUST 13th!!!

DRESS CODE VIOLATIONS
NO LOW RISE JEANS with belly shirts! The dosing staff (and
everyone else in line) is seeing TOO MUCH SKIN! This isn’t
the beach - dress appropriately for the clinic.

STATE INSPECTION will be July 31 and August 1.

NOTICE: MA meetings (Methadone Anonymous) have been cancelled
until the fall.
COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECT
Walker Recovery Center is sponsoring a community awareness
project continuing through the end of August. We are asking
clients to bring in certain items to be donated to area nursing
homes. Check the list of needed items posted on the bulletin
board or see your counselor for a list.
Clients should donate at least 2 of the items and complete
a brief questionnaire listing at least 5 other ways they
can or do give back to the community. This is one of the
requirement for all Phase V clients.
Other clients participating in this project will receive
credit for 1 educational session after completing the questionnaire.
Bring your items to your counselor and pick up the questionnaire
to receive credit. If you just want to donate items and don’t
want credit, you may leave them at dosing.

CHANGE IN ANNUAL PHYSICALS
Client annual physicals are to be done the month before and
the month of the due date. Clients can no longer wait until
the month after the annual due date to be in compliance.
Discuss this with your counselor if you have questions.
