GROUPS
- The last day for compliance in June will
be Tuesday, June 26. Billing changes will be in effect on
Saturday, June 30th.
Mandatory Pregnancy Group with Dr. Camp will be on Wednesday,
June 20th at 10 am.
Men’s Group is held each Thursday night at 6 p.m.
TAKE HOME CLIENTS - If you are a take home client
and want to keep your status, you MUST inform your counselor
BEFORE you test positive for any drugs other than your methadone.
That means if you start taking something either by prescription
or over-the-counter, let your counselor know immediately.
This way you can avoid the heartache of losing phase. Also
if you are not going to be available for diversion callback,
let the clinic know in advance!
INSURANCE CHANGES - If your current
insurance information changes or if you change jobs please
let Reba know so she can adjust your insurance billing information.
HIV/ COMMUNICABLE DISEASE INFORMATION –
Every client is required to have educational information on
HIV and other communicable diseases quarterly. We are encouraging
each client to pick up this important information in the dosing
lobby. Please discuss any questions you may have with your
counselor during your individual sessions.
VACATION TRAVEL PLANS – If you
have travel plans and need travel doses or need to re-arrange
pick-up days, please allow 2 weeks notice to make arrangements.
Also, remember you need to bring in proof of travel when you
return.
REMINDERS - With hot weather here,
do not leave children or pets unattended in your car, even
for a few minutes. The interior of a closed car can heat to
over 100 degrees very quickly.
NO LOITERING in the parking lot before
or after dosing or groups. You need to dose or go to group
and then leave the parking lot. If you want to visit with
friends you need to do so off clinic property.

Dr. Camp is in the clinic on Tuesday and Thursday
afternoons and on Wednesdays. You have the month your physical
is due to come in to see Dr. Camp. Also schedule an appointment
with your counselor to update all annual paperwork.
All physicals are held at Walker Recovery Center. Check with
your counselor to make sure your physical is not past due
from a previous month to avoid a possible dose reduction or
loss of take- homes.
